IRIS CF acted as M&A advisor to the shareholders of Euro Exotics Holland B.V. (Tradename ‘The New Logistics Company’) in the process of selling 100% of the shares to K&B Transport B.V.

Euro Exotics Holland B.V., located in Maassluis, is under their tradename The New Logistics Company active as a freight forwarding agent, focusing mainly on the expedition of fresh exotics fruit and vegetables from South America and South Africa. The New Logistics Company fully handles the import and export of , among other products, these product groups for their clients.
The shareholders of The New Logistics Company have reached the retirement age have ensured the continuity of the company through a sale to K&B Transport.

K&B Transport B.V.
K&B Transport is a logistics service provider, based in Maasland. The Company is active in the transport of general cargo and complete loads in and outside The Netherlands with approximately 20 trailers. The second generation of the family is currently leading the company. A good relation between The New Logistics Company and K&B Transport already existed and through the acquisition of TNLC, K&B Transport is able to integrate vertically into the logistics chain.
