DHG, based in Schiedam, is a successful developer of logistical real estate in the Netherlands with a substantial footprint in the harbor of Rotterdam. In addition to the real estate activities, DHG is an active investor in logistical and harbor related companies.
Simultaneously with the acquisition of MPS, 100% of the shares of VPR Detachering B.V. and Uitzendbureau VPR B.V. were acquired. By combining these three companies a highly profitable flexible staffing provider is created with more than € 20M in sales, focusing on logistic personnel in the harbor of Rotterdam. On a daily basis approx. 300 employees are working in the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region. The group has set ambitious targets to further accelerate growth, both via buy and build as well as organic, under the management of Ron Neele.

Peinemann
Peinemann, operating from its headquarter in Hoogvliet, is active in the rental and sales of cranes, fork-lift trucks, aerial work platform and other equipment. In addition, Peinemann provides temporary personnel, and maintenance of equipment. Temporary staffing services (secondment/temping) are provided via M.P.S. Personnel Services B.V. Due to the fact that these services are not a core bussiness for Peinemann, the owner decided to divest the temporary staffing services.

M.P.S. personnel services
M.P.S. provides temporary staffing solutions to its renowned customers in the harbor of Rotterdam. The company is able to provide amongst others, operators, fork-lift truck drivers, logistical employees, warehouse employees, riggers and truck drivers. On a daily basis approx. 80 employees are working at clients of MPS. Additionally, MPS provides on-site schooling as well as on their own location in Hoogvliet, such as training to work on aerial work platforms, training truck mounted platforms and safety training (B-VCA and VCA-VOL).
