IRIS CF acted as buy side M&A advisor in 2016 for Aeves during the Benefit Inkoopadviesgroep transaction. The Aeves-Benefit transaction created a leading player which provides procurement solutions with high quality and the ability to quickly act on customer needs in the Netherlands. AevesBenefit generates € 25M+ in revenue and is highly profitable. In order to seize the identified growth opportunities, IRIS CF assisted the shareholders of AevesBenefit in the search for a financial partner, which led to Gate Invest.
