IRIS CF advises Connectic on its sale to Techone, a portfolio company of Nedvest

Techone has acquired 100% of the shares in BSiTE B.V. (“Connectic”). IRIS CF advised the shareholder of Connectic throughout the sales process.

Connectic

Connectic, based in Ridderkerk, is a managed service provider (MSP) for small and medium-sized enterprises. The company offers a comprehensive solution in the areas of internet, cloud, ICT, and mobile. Among its clients are Vital Group (including Bakker Bart) and RWG.

Techone / Nemesys ICT Group

Techone is an independent IT service provider for SMEs.
